Issues with Amazon Music

Hello Amazon music suddenly stopped working on my Sonos Arc.  I get the attached error message.  I am definitely not using Amazon Music on any other devices.  Any one else ever have this issue?

Try removing Amazon Music from your music services in the Sonos app and re-adding it.
