I'm using Yousee Musik as my only source of music on Sonos. It works smoothly for a day or maybe two, then it stops working. It won't play any songs. Sometimes search work sometimes I doesn't. If I go and reauthorize in settings then it works again.

I can schedule any favorite song or playlist via Home Assistant, so it's seems like it is not the Sonos System that is the problem. It's only the new fantastic app that is loosing connectivity. 

Being a long time software engineer myself, it looks like someone is not good at handling `refresh tokens` as it seems to be a problem every time I haven't used the app for a while.

 

Are anyone still experiencing the same problem as me?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Yousee Musik.

We’re currently aware of an issue where Yousee Musik requires a reauthorization in the Sonos app regularly, otherwise it stops working. Our team has reached out to Yousee Musik and they are working towards a resolution together, however I don’t have any ETA or update to share on when this will be resolved.

I’ve tagged this thread as having this issue, so when it is resolved, I can reply here with an update. If you also haven’t already, reaching out to our support team will allow them to create a case for you to tag this issue to, where you’ll receive an email once the issue is resolved.

Thank you for the answer. It seems odd that it is something on YouSee's side that is not working. Searching worked perfectly on the old app, it works perfectly from other integrations like Home Assistant, etc. Furthermore, if you just press play on the speaker itself then it works as well.

 

I'll contact Yousee myself, get their point of view, and update this thread
