Yes I agree. I have now tried other platforms and none of those work either. Calm are not responding to emails or service requests. The Sonos site says Calm is working fine. How do you monitor this?

That suggest the server they use to feed the Sonos connection is down. Have you contacted Calm?

Calm is working now. Not sure what I did but I added Street address info and saved it- voila irs working. Most likely a coincidence.
I contacted Calm Radio. They eventually replied to say they had a server error which is now fixed. It works again now

Wish they’d not hidden their “rain” channel behind the paywall, but I’m cheap….
