I have recently gone back to Comcast cable and can’t get my Sonos to go on WiFi. 
my units are between 5-7 years old and they were working fine before I moved back to Comcast. 
I have spent hours talking to AI but nothing has worked. 
it works with the Ethernet but when I try to put one on the WiFi I get a incorrect password. 

I have rebooted, unplugged , changed WiFi password and changed my security firewall to zero. 
 

any suggestions is greatly appreciated. 

Check the wifi frequency (older Sonos gear is 2.4GHz only) and WPA mode that the Comcast box is set up for, and compare with the Sonos reqs.


Assuming you are using S1 app as you list a Play:5 Gen 1 in your profile.
