Impossible to add JazzGroove to Sonos

JazzGroove used to work with our two Sonos speakers (Play:1 and ONE SL) at work. Now it doesn’t.

I have deleted JazzGroove from Content Services and added it back. It still doesn’t work.

I have two Sonos systems, one at home and one at our office. The one at home can still play JazzGroove. Although yesterday I deleted it from our home system to see if that would fix it at work. It doesn’t.

It really would be nice to get it to work again. I’m on the monthly JazzGroove plan, so it’s not a matter of authenticating as dar as I know. Any suggestions?

 

NOTE: I downloaded the Mac Sonos App and it upgraded my Sonos system. Now JazzGroove works.
