I need to delete my Sonos account. Product did not live up to expectations

I puchased it so that I could Bluetooth speakers from TV. BestBuy sold a product that did not have bluetooth. I returned it and want to delete my account.

You can start this process by sending this request in an email to privacy@sonos.com or by contacting our Customer Care team. Please note, however, that deleting all your personal data will require that you factory reset your Sonos products.
