I have no idea what the techs at Sonos have done to the software over last few years, but they have basically ruined a great system.

when I try any basic control on Sonos these days, I am now pleasantly surprised if it works……but mostly it doesn’t.

i am literally one step away from ditching the whole (10 unit) system for an old school hifi that I know will work.

What issues are you seeing, exactly, and what have you already tried to do to resolve them?

What speakers do you have, what services do you use, and are all of each affected in the same ways?
