How can you not update and fix your garbage interface

no I’ve had it for years. It’s always trouble.
there’s not a day where I go on the Sonos app on my phone or the computer where it is malfunctioning needs to be rebooted doesn’t recognize components. How could you have such good components, which such poor interface to use it  


Several topics here by Sonos Staff address the recent mess, we users can only speculate.

What have you tried, over your years of ownership, to try to get a more stable system? 
 

Many owners on these forums have had stable systems that have run for many years without requiring any tweaks.

This is the crux of the issue with the disastrous new app. If we wait long enough the “hundreds” of engineers might finally fix it, it’s only been 6 months 🤣
