I can't see my local music on Sonos library on my Mac

I’ve added to music folders from my Mac to Sonos library. Although I can see the folders in the library, when I go into them there are no tracks. This has happened before and Sonos had to work on it for an hour over remote control, For some reason it happened again….

Try rebooting your Mac and router. If this doesn’t work, try removing and re-adding the library in the Sonos app.

Also do check user permissions of the share are still correct

How were the files ripped? If you used Apple’s Music app, you’d need to re-export the .xml file, if memory serves. I’m pretty sure Sonos reads that.
