Ive tried multiple times but its not working. Every time i try to reauthorize it redirects me to Apple Music to sign in and after it redirects me back to sonos app to reauthorize again. I tried deleting apple music from sonos and reconnecting, also tried turning off my sonos product and checked for updates. Now im all out ideas and seem to figure it out, any suggestions?

Is your Apple account properly set up at Apple itself? 

I’d be awfully tempted to reboot my router, followed by (or concurrently) the Sonos speakers. Then, if that doesn’t change anything, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

 I am running iOS 26 though which may be an issue


I suspect it is, iOS 26 is still in beta, and Sonos doesn’t support it yet. Try reauthorizing with a non-iOS 26 device.

I am on iOS 26 and just out of curiosity I activated a free month trial and added it to my Sonos App 

it was a bit sluggish but it added without any problems it does direct you to Apple to re authorise 

that’s when mine seemed to hang but 20-30 seconds it worked
