I have different user profiles in my Amazon music account for different people in my household. I can access Amazon music through the Sonos app, but it doesn’t see the profiles in Amazon music. How do I fix this?

I use the Android Sonos S2 app.

I don’t think you can, Sonos doesn’t supply access to Amazon’s ‘profiles. Or perhaps more accurately, I don’t think Amazon provides that data to Sonos to use. 


I thought that the ‘profiles’ where actually different Amazon accounts, correct?  I have not looked at this in a while, but I thought you could actually setup your other music accounts/profiles as separate Amazon music services in the Sonos app.
