I received an email from Sonos apologizing for releasing a bad app so I decided not to upgrade but then Sonos forced the upgrade and rendered a large investment of 10 Sonos speakers useless. How is this possible that Sonos was aware they had an issue that was corrupting systems and they then forced updates to wnumsure that no one is spared the agony. The stupidity of this management team is mind boggling. I can’t imagine any current Sonos user will ever buy a Sonos product again. I know I will not.
