Sonos took the opportunity to slash the feature of adding custom radios since the announcement of the withdrawal of the ‘old’ TuneIn service.

NONE of the proposed solution is working apart:

  • Using the Windows Application
  • And STAYING with the gold Sonos S2 application

The user can as a provisional turnaround save the stations through the favorites … which are not available in the new application!

Favorites are not editable and, time passing, all the custom stations will be unavailable each after another.

I also posted the topic as a feature request. Guess what, no conclusive answer!

Sonos gets me angry; they want to direct you to services I don’t care about as a user to listen to music I have no interest in instead of giving you the opportunity to let you listen what you like. Period. Certainly, a question of money alas.

Sonos, please, give your faithful (until now) buyers the feature of using custom radios to listen the music they like on your hardware – they are just speakers after all. And, please, stop push the rest of us to services we don’t need just for making money. The Sonos hardware comes at a hefty price already!

Thank for reading AND acting.

P:S. please don’t integrate this post in an already populated thread just to try to make it invisible.
