During the confusing time when Sonos upgraded the system, I succeeded by mistake to set the system to wake me up 07:30. How do I delete this?

Settings > Manage > Alarms. Either turn the alarm off, or to delete permanently, click on the alarm, then scroll down and choose to Delete.
