One option is to click on “Edit Home” then “Done” which can refresh the Home Screen.

Another option is force closing and reopening app.

No joy! I meant to say that I also can’t add to favourites. Thanks for your input.

You could also try reauthorising the music services you have installed.

Are you able to play the content via the music service in the app or from search results?

If you can’t add to favourites, that could be because you’ve added the maximum entries to favourites, which is ridiculously small.

Otherwise, contact Sonos Support. A diagnostic from your system may identify the cause for items not loading.

Just deleted and reinstalled the app, I don’t have anything saved in favourites, it’s all a bit of a mystery, maybe I have too much time on my hands and I can still play whatever I want just have to search all the time.

 Thanks everyone

Do you have another device that you can try to see if things show correctly on that?

This usually happens due to a temporary app or network issue. Try these quick fixes:

Refresh / restart the app

Clear app cache (or browser cache if web)

Check internet connection (switch Wi-Fi/mobile data)

Log out and log back in

Update the app to the latest version

If it still shows “unable to load content”, it’s likely a server-side issue — report it to support and wait for a fix.
