Tonight I have just cancelled my Sonos Hd subscription (only had it a few days) as I cannot get it to work… I have tried rebooting the router and disconnected everything to no avail tried updating the app etc honestly I think I have exhausted everything….. thinking why am I getting this mad over something that should work without any issues…. So I cancelled it… no HD whatsoever… even though it says I am subscribed to it
unless anyone here has a solution I have missed… I bought a pair of Sonos 300 era speakers that sound ok… thinking they’d would be better in HD but obviously no good if it doesn’t work.. I still have just over 3 weeks subscription left can anyone help.. then I may re subscribe…..
When I look at the forums I see issues… so it’s obviously not just me..
