I’m getting messages in the app that Calm is no longer available in Sonos.  Has Calm removed their service from Sonos?  It was working last night.

Given all the issues with the app could this be a bug and Calm will reappear suddenly??

I didn’t get that email from Calm so it came as a surprise.

very disappointing as the Sonos integration was the main reason for signing up to an annual family account.

Yea, Sonos hasn’t updated their FAQ either, which I’ve now flagged for them to look at.

Unfortunately, as you may have read in the other thread, this isn’t a decision made by Sonos, but by the folks at Calm. Frustrating, for users of Sonos. It does make me wonder how many Sonos folks used the Calm service.

If you have an Apple device, and an appropriate Sonos device, or a Sonos device with a line in, you can still stream from the Calm app, just not inside the Sonos controller.

This forced me to actually use the calm app, and honestly, not bad. Pretty easy shift. Thanks for this!

PS: I didn’t know you could customize the intro scene, check that out if you haven’t already.

Heh. I gave up on Calm a few years ago, they kept playing with which ‘scenes’ were free. I’m probably one of the causes of their difficulty, being a non-paying user as I was.

Calm put on this bs on their website which I only found out when my alarm failed. Looks like they nuked all speaker supper and now they only have a horrible AI chat bot for assistance…
