Hello @new routeur, welcome to the Sonos Community!

After changing your router, the Sonos System is missing the information required to connect to the new Wi-Fi network. You can use the Sonos App to teach your Sonos System the new Wi-Fi credentials.

Please follow the instructions in our support article on how to connect Sonos to a new router or Wi-Fi network, to get you sorted.

I hope that helps.

I finally succeeded by rebooting the sonos itself, you need to disconnet and reconnect the sonos by pushing on the reset button….

No, just unplugging the Sonos device from power for a minute will cause it to reboot. There was no need to do a complete factory reset.
