The response from Sonos to the outcry from (previously) loyal fans following the debacle of the latest (May 2024) app update is not only inadequate, it is poorly written and pays no regard to the investment we have made over he the past decade to what had been a quality-driven product. Like others, I will be divesting and re-investing in better products and better management. Despite my efforts to replace the immensely flawed recent app with the last functioning app (16.1) AND setting options to NOT auto-update, every 24hrs or so the app is replaced with the new immensely problematic version.
I've been a loyal customer, investing MANY thousands of dollars in multiple systems... Lacking any reasonable response from. SONOS to another obvious issue, I'm cutting chords.
