Hi! Everytime I need to use the app, I have to force. A few times usually. It's Frustrating. Anybody have this issue?

I'm using android. I tried with my 2 other phones, same thing. I don't know how to contact Sonos.

Maybe try switching off notifications in ‘Settings/App Preferences’ and see if that resolves the issue.

If not, you can contact Sonos Support Staff via this LINK.

Which App are you using? Are there any error messages?

What device? On iOS, every app needs to be ‘forced stopped’ if you want it unloaded, otherwise, as part of the way iOS works, the apps just ‘sleeps’ in the background.
