When are you going to fix it....
This is a user community, so you’re asking members of the user community when we’re going to fix something we (probably) only have access to as users. And you don’t say what you want fixed.
To answer your question: I’m not going to fix it.

He’s not wrong. This is a user community, for asking help from other users. Sonos employees moderate and sometimes post, but it is mainly users helping users.
