I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Sonos Favorites not showing in the Sonos App.
First let me ask you, does this occur with a different controller (smartphone/tablet) if you have one available?
Let’s try a few basic Sonos App troubleshooting steps:

On your iPhone, navigate to Settings → Privacy → Location Services and toggle Location Services ON

Make sure that the Sonos App is on the latest version available. Uninstall the Sonos app, reboot your iOS device, then reinstall the Sonos app and reconnect to your Sonos system.

Ensure your iOS device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Sonos system.
