I have Play 1 speakers. System refuses, this morning, to connect to Prime Music content. Do I wait till Monday to call Tech support, or is there some fix, or issue I'm unaware of?

 

Been playing Prime Music here all morning.

I’d start with a system refresh, power down all Sonos, reboot router and Controller, power up Sonos.

If that fails maybe remove and re-add your Amazon account?
