Clearly loyalty has little value to Sonos. They now have spend their R&D on a new headphones but created a rubbish app to support them and current products. This will seriously hurt the release. I will now not even consider the ‘Ace’ headphones while the app is a clear ‘double fault’ :-(

I totally agree. I have seriously lost confidence in Sonos. I would no longer recommend the brand to anyone.
