when I click on a musical piece another musical piece plays instead

First, there have been several updates since you posted here. Please ensure that your Sonos system is up-to-date (Settings » Manage » System Updates » Check for updates), and your Sonos app (go to your respective app store and ensure no update is available for the Sonos app) is too. If the issue still occurs, please continue:

What music service are you listening to? Does this happen with other services?

Could you please post some screenshots illustrating the issue?

Please also submit a support diagnostic after recreating the issue, and let me know here when you have done so (please don’t share the given number, just let me know it has been done). Thanks!
