When trying to add the Spotify service in the Sonos app I get the message "Error. Unable to add Spotify account." after selecting "Connect to Spotify". I haven't entered any account details at this point.

I can send music to my speakers from the Spotify app without a problem (I have a premium account). I have tried re-booting the router as suggested in a topic from a year ago; that doesn't work. Any other ideas?
Fixed! It's not possible to connect the service if you have the Spotify app installed. So:

- uninstall Spotify app

- setup the Spotify service in Sonos

- reinstall Spotify app
