Hi @emersonglenn72, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Sonos system.

Looking into the error message, Error 1067 shows when a product fails to update. If you’ve already rebooted your router and tried to wire the problem product via an Ethernet cable, then please contact our support team for further assistance. They have the necessary tools available to look into your system and can provide steps towards resolving this issue.

I hope this information helps!

That doesn’t seem to make much sense, but have you done a search on error codes?

Doesn’t cover 1067. What are you doing, exactly, to receive this error? Where is it appearing? Any chance you could post a screen grab? Since we are talking about a PLAY:3, are you running S1 or S2 on it? How is your PLAY:3 connected to your LAN?

I have seen error 1067 appear when the speaker loses a stable network connection, especially on older Play:3 units. In my case, it was related to WiFi interference rather than a hardware fault.

What helped was power cycling the router and the Play:3, then temporarily connecting the speaker via Ethernet to let it re-establish a solid connection. After that, I removed the cable and it stayed stable on WiFi.

If you are using mesh WiFi or extenders, it may also help to disable them briefly and test with a single access point. Error 1067 seems to show up when the speaker struggles to communicate reliably with the network.
