I’m having trouble adding Sonos Move. Thought I finally got it and was directed to update, but then got error 1002. 
 

please advise.

Please see the information in the link below. If you don’t own a Bridge follow the reboot procedure. If you do have a Bridge you should remove it as it is an outdated product that causes major issues.
