EQ / Sound function dor Bass and treble doesn’t even show up on any of my speakers that allows me to change treble/bass,

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with adjusting the EQ, Bass and Treble via the Sonos App.

What type of controller (smartphone/tablet) are you using, android or iOS? Have you tried a different controller and see if that makes a difference?

Which speakers in your Sonos System are you trying to adjust the EQ?

I am unable to reproduce this issue, as I can change the EQ of speakers in my Sonos System via the Sonos App on my android smartphone and can also hear the difference while playing music from Spotify after the changes.

One quick troubleshooting step would be to reboot all network devices involved, to refresh the network connections. Start with your Router → Sonos → Controller.

If you are still unable to adjust the EQ, or adjusting it doesn’t make any changes to the sound, I would recommend you to Submit Diagnostics and contact our Support Team for live troubleshooting.

De EQ voor de Bas en treble doe ik via de app, normaal gesproken. Heb een IPhone en tot een paar dagen geleden kon ik het regelen maar nu niet meer en is het licht grijs en niet aanpasbaar.

TRANSLATION:

I normally do the EQ for the bass and treble via the app. Have an IPhone and until a few days ago I could control it but now I can't and it is light gray and not customizable.

Have you tried restarting your phone or resetting the app?

As ​@Sotiris C. mentioned, a complete reboot of the network and Sonos speakers should also help.
