Beyond frustrated with the new app. My Apple service needs to be reauthorized. Sonos doesn’t let me do this from my PC, which actually functions. It makes me do it from the app, which doesn’t function (and is beyond slow once the new app was introduced). In particular, the app makes me sign in on an endless do loop even though my profile shows up on the app. HELP!!!!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with Apple Music needing reauthorized.
I am a little confused, however - is the loop you are referring to regarding Apple Music, or signing into the Sonos app, or both?
Either way, please try rebooting the device running the Sonos app, and the router by switching it off for at least 30 seconds.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
