Dolby atmos no longer working for Spatial audio

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone knew of a solution…

 

Up until this morning, when attempting to play Spatial audio tracks via the Sonos app, it showed the Dolby Atmos logo and sounded pretty amazing through the Arc, two surrounds and the sub but now it’s no longer showing the logo. 
 

I’ve tried toggling on / off the spatial audio setting and re installing the app but no luck…

 

any idea?

Thanks for your post!

Whichever service you are using, please try removing it from your Sonos system and re-adding it.

Settings » Services & Voice » [name of service] » Remove Account.

Settings » Services & Voice » Add a service » [name of service].

Failing that, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
