Does anyone know how to reauthorise an account?

I’m trying to access radio stations (both on Australia’s ABC) but keep getting blocked by a message on the app that says “Your Sonos Radio account access has expired. Reauthorise your account to access this service” with two options: reauthorise or cancel.

Choosing reauthorise only leads to “account not found” with the only option being: done. So it’s a frustrating circle!

Maybe try this…

To reauthorize Sonos Radio, please open the Sonos app and use it to attempt to play anything Sonos Radio - you will be offered the opportunity to reauthorize (possibly before you get that far). You will not need your Sonos account password to do so.

If that fails, then try using the Sonos Desktop Apps for Windows or MacOS. Sonos are aware of this issue affecting some users and are investigating the matter according to earlier threads in the community. Most people seem to have success with the Desktop Apps authorising the service.
