Sonos can’t find (any) new products. Tried to set up ERA 100 speakers by signing in to my previous S1 account. Downloaded new app for S2, but it doesn’t find any products.

Era 100 is only compatible with the Sonos App (aka S2). You may have to follow one of the options at the link below depending upon if you still have S1 only products. There are options to run S1and S2 systems but there are drawbacks to doing so. Please read through the options in the link carefully. If you still need assistance feel free to post again.

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with setting up your Era 100 speakers.

If you have an existing S1 system, please turn it off while setting up a new S2 system, otherwise the app will be confused about what you are trying to do.

If this is not the case, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
