I have a daily alarm set on one of my Sonos speakers. If I disable that alarm in the app, eg when on holiday, the alarm is successfully cancelled on the speaker, but on the phone app I still get a notification each day to say that the alarm has started. Is this a bug - is there a fix?

Sorry to hear that you’re having notification issues with your alarms. This is something else I can test with my system (I have a few alarms that are disabled), and like your other issue, I’m not able to replicate it.
If you disable the alarm and check with another controller, such as another phone or a desktop computer, does the alarm still show as disabled in there? If so, try remove the alarm then add it back to see if that helps.
If that didn’t resolve the issue for you, then a diagnostics will be able to show the state of the alarms on your system. Generally we’d want you to submit a diagnostics within ten minutes of the issue occurring then contact our support team with the reference number, but as long as you don’t power off the speaker the data should still be there.

I've made it worse!
Deleted the alarm yesterday and created a new one. This morning no alarm went off at all. There was no notification of the alarm on my phone either. Checked in the app and the alarm is set and active.
I submitted diagnostic but might have been too late as I overslept!
Any ideas?

What did the support team say, when you called in with that diagnostic?
Support got me to install the windows app (I have managed this on iOS), then using this delete the alarm again, create the alarm again and then basically hope for the best on Monday :)
