Did you know that in many countries we can't even enjoy music with Sonos?

In Japan, there have been no updates for about a month, and many users have been unable to enjoy movies or music. Despite this, there has been no official announcement regarding the status of improvement, and the situation has been left unattended. Is Sonos even aware of this serious situation?
