When I go into Content Services in the iOS controller app my list of connected services all show up with the name “Service Name”. Is anyone else seeing this? (app build 80.16.32)

It’s back to normal today. Shortly after I posted this the list of services didn’t show any Connected Services even though all of my services showed up on the main screen and I could play content from any of them. It’s all good now.

No. Here’s what I see in the current iOS controller:

As a guess, there is something blocking your system’s ability to reach the Sonos server that serves this data. If you’re not running a VPN, or port blocking software of any kind , I’d be tempted to reboot your router, and possibly the Sonos devices in your system.
