Constant indexing

My music library disappeared after the May update like many other people. Tried all of the solutions put forward by other people but none worked. Decided to give up and find other systems that would play my music library in the Sonos sound bar. Recently decided to see if Sonos had solved my problem. There was now an update your music library key. Not sure if that was there before or not but tried it anyway. It seemed to work, but then came up with the message that it was indexing my library. It has now been indexing for a week and so I still cannot access my library. Any suggestions, not very computer literate so no compilated solutions.

I think that you should work with SONOS phone support.
