For weeks now we cannot play music from the Sonos app, we just get the “unable to connect, try later” message.
No software updates are needed, iOS and app ore up to date.
Asking to play music via Alexa works fine.
I have wasted countless hours on this community looking for fixes, tried them all, wasted weekend after weekend rebooting, setting up new systems etc etc to no avail.
How can a product costing so much be so bad! I’m distraught, life is too short and I want my money back, never in my 47 years have I been so infuriated with a product.
hoping someone can help, otherwise it’s all going in the bin and will be seeking advice on “Not fit for purpose” with Trading Standards.
