There is a wrong email address associated with my sonos that I can’t get past and can’t find anywhere in the app or on the website

My Sonos system keeps cutting out. It is no longer possible to control from my PC. Only works with Sonos App and even then it now no longer gives me continmusic. I’m aware that Sonos is aware of this issue but I want to know what is proposed to resolve it and when.
