Connection with speakers

I have set up 3 speakers on my new wifi. Two days later, when I open the app, it says there are 0 devices connected to my network. Since then I have mounted the playbar and hid the cords in the wall, so I cannot remove to reconnect via Ethernet. Why does the Sonos app always have issues connecting to products? What is the best step to get the speakers to reappear in the app?

For many of us, setting ip addresses for Sonos speakers has proved effective. Your router manual should tell you how, or tell us the make/model and we may be able to help. When you do it, power off your router and speakers first. Then restart the router and be sure it’s fully restarted and wifi is running before powering up you Sonos devices.

If you run a mesh network there are some additional suggestions we can offer.

Don’t Factory Reset any SONOS without further consult.
