connection issues

I have had my Sonos 1 successfully connected at home for years now .I was able to control my home automation via Alexa on it and also listen to music. However approx 6 weeks ago everything stopped . I cannot connect to my router / mesh network, I cannot use Alexa etc etc. I have tried everything...turning things on and off , factory resets, reinstalling the Sonos app but to no avail. There is a 90 minute wait on the help desk. Can anyone please suggest something or could Sonos have the courtesy to call me. Thanks in advance
