Connection Error when adding YT Music

Hi

I’ve been trying to add YT Music to Sonos S1 app but I’m getting Connection Error.
I’ve tried multiple times, logged out from the app and logged in again, uninstalled the Sonos S1 app and installed again.
  Nothing helped.

I have other services added, Sverige Radio, Spotify, SoundCloud andd TuneIn.

Please advise how to resolve adding the YT Music service.

Seems odd, like your Sonos can’t reach the YouTube servers for some reason. Have you tried rebooting your router, followed by your Sonos devices?

Alternately, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

Some services are no longer S1 compatible, its possible YTM is on that list now.

I got good support from Sonos to resolve this issue.
After reboots and other form of voodoo spells I was suggested to try adding Youtube Music service from another phone. I happened to have an older phone and tried adding the service the same way and it worked on first try.
And just by going back to newer phone the YTM service was there too.
Thank you all for the input and suggestions.
