Following factory reset of playbar, Sonos app will not connect to services (such as Spotify). App Says no internet connection after trying to connect (not true). Tried all rookie trouble shooting (on / off boot up for both playbar device / WiFi and phone. Help.

Why did you factory reset it? That’s almost never a good idea.
The was part of Sonos advice for swapping devices between Sonos app and Sonos S1 app and associated product downgrade , was trying to get my 5 and the bar on the same app, which now seems impossible. So reverted to just getting the Bar going again….
