Somewhat of a beginner here with devices. I have amps in my business and want to connect music directly to the amps via sd card. Is there a device professionals recommend or an alternative to a playlist on sd cards? We have connectivitu issues from time to time so my whole business looses the music when that happens. Thank you for the help!

Look at the Music Library option. As long as your local network is up it will let you stream your music.

You can store your music on any device the NAS supports, I lean to using an SSD drive myself.

Sonos needs a working network, perhaps find a pro who can help as this is just a community of users and Sonos staff who dip in and out but don’t comment on every post.

Thank you Belly. There is a connection already of course, like I said before I am looking for a solution when there is an outage. And hoping that other users or staff on this forum have encountered the same issue and can provide advice.
