Hi,
I need to install the S1 OS back on the connect:amp because it doesn't work on the S2. How do I get it done? I Couldn't find the functions were looking for in the S1 IOS app? Sonos instructions do not match in IOS S1 app.

Is it a Connect:Amp (Gen 2)? If so and you want to change from S2 to S1, then on the S2 app:
- Account (click on the Profile icon)
- Visit Help Center
- Downgrade Product to S1
