View originalI assume that you are using wi-fi? The easiest fix is to change the password and wi-fi SSID back to the setting in your old router/modem. Otherwise, please see this article: https://support.sonos.com/en-gb/article/connect-sonos-to-a-new-router-or-wi-fi-network
