For not being able to find Spotify in the services list, check your account location on www.Sonos,com. Frequently, some services are excluded from the list if your location is not correct, As Sonos sometimes uses that data to choose what to show you in the controller.

As for having issues playing from the Spotify app directly to your Sonos speakers, that may be a network issue. I’d try a network refresh by unplugging all up your Sonos devices from power, then rebooting your router. Once the router comes back up, plug the Sonos devices back in.

If you’re still having trouble after that, I’d be tempted to try removing the Spotify app from your phone, then rebooting the phone. Once the phone is rebooted, reinstall the Spotify app. I suspect that will force a new handshake between the two systems.

But, if that doesn’t work, I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic , and call Sonos Support to discuss it, or post the diagnostic number here for a Community Moderator to pick up.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis.
