Cant find Settings

Hello. I have recently moved house and need to connect my Roam to the new Wi-Fi. I’ve looked online and it suggests I have to go into ‘Settings’ but I can’t find this anywhere. I’ve looked in ‘Account’ but this just has my profile details not the Wi-Fi. It’s driving me mad. I’m on IoS and IPhone 6. Thank you

The Sonos app requires a version of iOS of 16 or higher.

The iPhone 6 is only able to run iOS 12 therefore you need to use another device that meets the app requirements.

You can try using the SSID and password from your old router on your new router to see if the Move can connect to your WIFi

Does this mean my Roam is redundant or is there another way to connect to the new Wi-Fi? I don’t have the code or password from the old house. Thank you

No. This means your phone is not supported with the old OS… look at Mr. T‘s answer again.

it’s time for an upgrade!

I appreciate that my phone is not supported by the app. But can I connect to the new Wi-Fi without the app?

Try checking the top right corner or menu bar. If not there, restart the app or browser.

Do you see a fear icon in the top right of your app?

If you haven’t factory reset your Roam, you should still be able to use it as a Bluetooth speaker.

You may be able to locate the SSID/password from the previous house if you search the stored passwords in the iPhone’s Settings.

But to receive updates to the Roam and ensure the app is fully functional, you need an upgraded controller/iPhone.

I don’t know what functionality the app has on an unsupported operating system, but it is likely to be severely limited.
