I can’t connect to Amazon music. I’m using the new app but it was working originally with the new app tried reauthorising but still can’t connect. Amazon music via the Amazon app seems to be ok. Anyone else seeing this?

No ... they know about Alexa problems.

Mike & I (by the sounds of it) have the same issue...just can't connect to Amazon Music full stop.

Despite SarahN's link...which, by the way   indicates that Sonos reckon the Amazon App is working ok .


 

Amazon and YouTube Music are not working. Either the wheel never stops spinning and the music does not play or tracks just skip and then stop. 

Only Mix Cloud and Sound Cloud works.
