Any chance you had added it as a direct link before? I don’t see it in the US list that I have access to on S2, are you certain they’ve added themselves to the Sonos system?

Interesting. Just looked at the Subsonic website, and found this FAQ:

https://www.subsonic.org/pages/sonos.jsp

I think I would call Sonos Support directly to ask why it isn’t showing up as a ‘service’ in the app. Makes me wonder if either they’ve removed themselves as a service, forgetting to remove that FAQ, or if their server that reports to Sonos is down, which would pull the service ‘reporting’ from Sonos.

Shoot, for that matter, I would be tempted to ping SubSonic’s CS as well.

Huh. I have absolutely no idea why that would happen. What did Support say, when you called in?

As far as I’m aware this feature was removed with the update back in May laster year. You can still add custom services, but they will not show up in the new S2 app.

Thanks for the replies I haven’t tried support yet. When you say you can still add custom services but they will not show up in the app does that mena you can use the service somehow - probually a silly question.

You should still be able to use it via the Desktop apps or third party. However I believe the S2 mobile app architecture fatally broke it.

Well here is the feedback from support. Anyone else wanting subsonic on S2? I use it because I have a large collection and theSonos shared folder had a track limit.

Sorry I mis-remembered: to integrate subsonic to Sonos, you have to do-it-yourself:

Not for the faint of heart.
